If you place a max bid the computer will bid at the next increment needed to stay ahead of other bidders up to your maximum amount entered. You will receive an email if your maximum has been reached or you have been outbid as long as you have checked the box when you registered to receive bidding notifications via email.   Winning Bid  When the auction begins to close it will close at the rate of all tracts closing together. Each tract has a two minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed on a tract within the last minute then the bidding on all tracts will remain open for an additional two minutes. This will continue until no bids are placed and the auction will close.  Winning Bidders at the conclusion of the auction you will receive a phone call from the Auctioneer with the next steps.
